Combining Cypriot cuisine with International food trends, our chefs present dishes such as Grilled Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with bok choy, and Grilled Whole Squid served with grilled vegetables, as well as a host of vegetarian delights, including Quinoa Tabbouleh with parsley, tomatoes, and spring onions and our Salmon Poke salad with raw salmon marinated with soya sauce served with a wild rice salad.
